The Twilight Market Online is an initiative of the Ballarat Regional Multicultural Council as part of our Ballarat Welcome Centre.

Our marketplace is designed to provide benevolent support and  opportunities for emerging entrepreneurs from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, particularly vulnerable migrants and refugee entrepreneurs who face linguistic, cultural, health and financial barriers to community participation.
